In recent years our purchases for the school include:
- Paddling Pools for Nursery and Reception Summer Party
- Part-funding Summer Trips for years 1 to 6
- Paying for every child to have a Summer treat in the park
- Part-funding the annual Christmas Panto trip – Shacklewell Families' donation brings ticket price down from £11 to £5 per child
- Three table-tennis tables to date, which not only helped improve playground behaviour but produced a team of champions!
- Sports equipment & outdoor games for the playground
- Wet-play boxes for rainy days
- PA system for the school hall
The items we buy are not exclusively for one group of children or for after-school clubs. We purchase items which benefit every child at the school.
